    I had never blog about FOOTBALL here. I'm going to do this today. I used to be avery hardcore football fan 2 years ago where I will follow matches even it's in midnight but... Now, I seem to be following football highlights than matches. But today I did woke up for the football action in ROME.  A final between Manchester United and Barcelona, I'm a Man Utd fan.

    In layman's term, this match is expected to be interesting because Manchester United is the champion in England while Barcelona is the champion from Spain. But in term of a football fan, this match will be like what Jose The Greatest One said BORING!!! I like a Barcelona for a reason, their attacking football which will thrashing people with great goals... I love Manchester United for their super tight defensive, counter attacking and the combination of forwards' skills and goals-scoring as well. But do anyone think one of this best teams will allow the other to score as many as they want? IMPOSSIBLE.

    So end up I woke up at 80 plus minute of the match... Saw a big 2-0... Off TV and sleep. I was a Manchester United fan for years. I should say Manchester United isn't a team that like to follow what people expect. Barcelona got into the final asisted by the referee... Compared to Manchester United that scored a 4-1 against Arsenal... Man Utd is the team that people believe they will be the top of the world being first in history winning 4 champions in a season... Yet

    Some flashback... Did you remember Manchester United is out in Group Stage during 2005/2006 group stage where it lost to Benfica and Lille... Then back in Man Utd taking on Jose's Chelsea... The biggest win Man Utd got was 1-0 while the biggest defeat is 0-3... And in this season Man Utd is once thrashed by Liverpool 4-1... So Manchester United not really a team that follow what people expect yet I hope something extraordinary happen just like they thrashed Roma 7-1...

   I did think Man Utd will be the winner in ROME since they beat Barcelona before... Evra, Rooney had been successfully FROZEN Messi before... while this time with Ji Sung Park. No problem.

   But it didn't turn up as I wished... Anderson is in FIRST TEAM!!! WHY??? It's a wrong decision!!! Messi was marked... Inniesta was marked... Henry was marked... Eto was marked but why not XAVI??? Ronaldo should have his first shot scored... Vidic should have got the tackled other than lettig Eto doing a cut in. Van Der Sar hand should have blocked the ball... But this is still ok... 90 minutes to go...

    Second half started, Tevez was on, Anderson was off. A few chances but not well taken. Left 20 minutes, where I aw a few attacked started by Puyol. Including a classic Man Utd Counter Attack. He passed the ball to Xavi. Xavi move the ball aside, cross it to the one and only target. Messi jumped, let the ball hit his head, bend a bit, go into the net. Van Der Sar can do nothing, even Rio can do nothing. Why? No people coming back? Why is it Xavi is not marked? Immidiately after the restart, Berba missed a ball, Ronaldo had the one-on-one saved. If Man Utd had scored, they could be have a great comeback... but they didn't.

      I'm a Man Utd fan but I felt shame... when Ronaldo, Rooney, Scholes starting to push, to rough tackle... It's not sporting at all... Manchester United has a great team... World Class Keeper, Super Defenders, Classy Midfielders, Talented Strikers... But why? I now see Berba has a shadow of Diego Forlan, Louis Saha, Rossi... All these strikers are good, they can scored... But Manchester United didn't use them well. Berba scored dozens of goals in Spur but not in Man Utd... because he have to be a provider in Man Utd... Rooney is talented, he have to defense Messi but why Ronaldo is allowed to move freely?

      If I was a part of the management in Man Utd, I will sold Ronaldo off and get the money to buy Tevez. Ronaldo is definitely overrated, he cand ribble, he scored goals. This is because he is giving a lot of chances... Man Utd should have the ball passed to the strikers to score not a winger. A winger should be a provider. Man Utd need to buy some players, not strikers but midfielders.

      Manchester United had lost but it didn't affect Sir Alex Ferguson... Whether he win or not he is already a legend in football coaching but if he mean to be doing nothing more for Man Utd but just grabbing another few titles with this team and then retired, Manchester United will only be a real Red Devil in Ferguson's ERA. Soon after, Scholes and Giggs are going to retired. What we left is a Ronaldo that always linked with Real Madrid, Carrick (that's the only excellent player), Anderson(he is too young...), Nani (the wannabe Ronaldo), Fletcher (once in a while he play well), Owen H (always injured)... Man Utd need a player like Beckham that can pass, cross super duper well. Get the ball to the strikers. I had been watching Man Utd matches... Every match my best player will be a midfielder... because strikers in Man Utd looks more like baits... Attracting defenders, so that the midfielders have more space... LOL

      If I'm a striker, I will not join Liverpool and Man Utd... The first one like to try different striker... and I can't have chances in the other one because most of the time I just run with the defenders...

(p/s: Manchester United did not lose to Barcelona. It lose to 3 players... 1, the passing master XAVI. 2, the ex-Man Utd defender, PIQUE. 3, The damn freaking OVERRATED Ronaldo.)
